My sister and I both own this rice cooker and it works great.My only suggestion is that it tends to make a mess of your countertop (steam creates a "coating" on countertop) but that can easily be resolved by putting a small dishtowel under the cooker during use.This cooker even cooks brown rice perfectly which I always found difficult to accomplish stovetop.I would purchase it again.
