Bought this rice cooker a bit over a year ago relying on mainly good reviews and the fact we didn't want to spend much. We should have saved our money.
The unit has simply stopped working. Attempts to get a reply from Aroma customer service have failed.
The laughable "warranty" has expired, and even if it had not the cost of shipping and handling exceeds the cost of buying a new one. I finally tried to fix it myself, but it appears some sort of switch is broken and I have no idea how to get a replacement.
