We use this rice cooker everyday in our home, and it always does the work as it should be. It beeps when the rice is cooked, a good sign but it is kinda loud for me. There is something you should always do before using it, check whether the cable is securely plugged to the rice cooker because it can drop relatively easy. I already spotted that several times, so be careful!
